How to enter?
Entering the awards is easy. All entries must be online and include:-
- Full name and company information
- A health and safety comparison table covering AFR/AIR for 2006, 2007 & 2008
- A maximum 400 word statement, summarizing the special business performance factors and particular examples of management skills during 2008.
- The names and contact details of 2 external referees who will be able to validate your business performance during 2008.
- Read our top tips - basic information on what the judges would like to see
WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE SILVER HELMET AND EXCELLENCE IN ICT AWARDS, NO OTHER INFORMATION, ACCOUNTS OR PHOTOGRAPHS SHOULD BE SENT THROUGH AT THIS STAGE.
Only two categories, The Silver Helmet Award for Safety and Excellence in ICT Award, will require full entry at this stage. More details on the 2 categories can be found on the categories page.
The judges will shortlist entries on the basis of the above information only. Shortlisted companies and organisations will then be invited to produce full entries covering more detailed criteria, supported by additional evidence to back up claims.
There are 15 categories to enter and you may enter as many categories as you feel appropriate, but you must enter your details against each category separately.
Closing date for entries has now been extended until FRIDAY 8TH MAY 2009.
